Meet Glenda – Expert in 3D Casting Training & Business Mentor
Hi, I’m Glenda — Welcome to My Creative World of 3D Casting Training and Business Mentoring. If you’re a mum or woman searching for flexible, creative work that fits around family life, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m the founder of Precious Memories, and for over 20 years, I’ve been passionate about helping women build businesses they love from home — primarily through expert 3D casting training and beautiful keepsake crafts.
This journey is close to my heart because I know how it feels to want more. To want a career that nurtures your creativity, builds confidence, and grows with your family — whether your little ones are just babies or flying the nest.
From New Mum to Mentor — My Personal Journey
In 2004, becoming a mum brought the challenge of finding flexible work that fit around family life. With a husband working away during the week, much of the day-to-day parenting fell to one person.
A background in recruitment, marketing, and teaching didn’t lead to a suitable job offering the needed freedom. The desire was to be present for school runs, bedtime stories, and those precious moments—not tied to a 9-to-5 routine.
So, a creative hobby was turned into a business. Precious Memories was born—a passion project that has grown into a thriving business helping women create careers that work alongside family life.
The journey wasn’t always smooth. Experiences of bullying and academic struggles, including retaking Maths and English, led to training as a primary school teacher, which helped build strong connections with learners.
These challenges built resilience and empathy. Today, the focus is on one-to-one training, recognising that everyone learns differently, ensuring confidence and support every step of the way.

I’m also a business mentor, helping people across various industries like dog walking, AirBnB hosting, beauty, and charities. I understand the challenges of small business and flexible working and love helping entrepreneurs find their own path to success.
What I Love About 3D Casting Training & Mentoring
One of the biggest rewards is watching nervous clients arrive—sometimes barely able to speak—and leave with huge smiles and pride in their new skills.
After 20+ years, the passion for this work remains strong. The business offers the flexibility to never miss sports days, Christmas plays, or family milestones.
Touching moments include seeing dads shed tears when presented with a casting of their child’s hand or witnessing students share photos of their very first keepsake. Whether in their early 20s or late 50s, the joy is always the same.
The business has evolved greatly, especially with the rise of social media, which barely existed at the start. Staying up-to-date with skills is essential to remain relevant and successful.

Now at 55, with daughters aged 21 and 18, I understand the changing needs of family life and career. Whether you’re starting your creative journey or adjusting your work as your family changes, I’m here to guide you — and you don’t need to be artistic, as I’ll support you every step of the way.
But I don’t just mentor creative entrepreneurs. I also support people in other industries — from dog walking and Airbnb hosts to beauty therapists and charities — helping them grow their small businesses, boost confidence, and thrive.

Creativity isn’t just my work — it’s my lifestyle. I’m passionate about interior design and love breaking the norm. My cockapoo Pickle is a big part of my life and often joins me on walks along Dorset’s stunning beaches.
Life Outside Work
Travel feeds my energy and inspiration. Over 25 years, I’ve explored Koh Samui, Costa Rica, Gambia, Vietnam, and Nicaragua. To stay balanced, I fit cardio and weights sessions twice a week into my routine.
