What Sets This Training Apart

Every student works with real babies from the very first session, arranged by me, at no extra cost.

Different situations call for different materials. As part of the training, you’ll learn how to troubleshoot problems that come up with real, moving models, as well as refine and repair a piece that hasn’t gone to plan.

Professional airbrushing is taught on day 2. This gives you the finishing skills that turn a good cast into a premium one.

Lifetime WhatsApp support is included with every course, free, for as long as you need it. Training doesn’t end when you leave the studio. If you’re ever unsure about a technique or how to handle a client, I’m still here.

Choose Your Training

Day 1 — £550 — Foundations

Working with a newborn, still and delicate, you’ll learn safe mould-making, demoulding and basic finishing technique, along with the specific materials newborn skin needs. You leave with your cast, full notes, photos, video, a supplier list, and lifetime support.

Day 2 — £550 — Working With Real Clients

A baby of around six months brings movement and unpredictability. As a result, this day is about troubleshooting in real time, handling what a model actually does rather than what the plan says. You’ll perfect the handclasp composition and learn professional airbrushing, the most popular finish. Most students leave ready to work with real clients.

Day 3 — £650 — Advanced Technique

Advanced family compositions, complex multi-step castings and premium finishing, plus an introduction to memorial technique. Can be taken straight after Days 1 and 2, or later once you’ve had time to practise.

Book all three together and save £100, paid in two instalments. Day 3 can be taken at a later date.

Hours: 9:30am – 3:30pm each day
Location: Private studio, Lytchett Matravers, Dorset, BH16 6DP, approximately 15 minutes from Poole, 30 minutes from Bournemouth. Free parking.
Models: Real babies and families, arranged by me, nothing for you to organise
Materials: Everything provided on the day
Payment: 50% deposit to secure your dates, balance due the week before. International payments via Wise.

Travelling From Outside the UK

Dorset is approximately 90 minutes from London by train and well connected to several regional airports, so the journey is usually straightforward. Many students combine their training with a few days exploring the coast.

For international students, I provide personal guidance on accommodation, transport and routes, and dates are arranged around your travel schedule. International payments via Wise.
