• Class Size: Primarily one-to-one (exceptions for business, charity, hospital, funeral director, or family bookings)

• Experience Level: Beginners welcome; Day 3 requires confident casting skills

Day-by-Day Training

Day 1 — Foundations (£700)

Focus: Essential lifecasting skills for beginners.

You’ll Learn:

• Safe and effective mould-making techniques

• Working confidently with real babies or pets, including wriggling safely

• Mixing, timing, and material handling

• Casting, demoulding, and essential preparation

• Troubleshooting common beginner mistakes

• Creating clean, accurate impressions ready for finishing

• Formulas for materials and correct ratios — mix reliably every time

Outcome: Strong practical foundation and readiness to progress.

Day 2 — Development + Airbrush (£700, must complete Day 1)

Focus: Strengthen your technique and confidence with a second real model.

You’ll Learn:

• Hand clasp casting — a highly requested, premium keepsake

• Airbrushing & professional finishing — depth, definition, and studio-quality results

• Adapting to different ages, sizes, and temperaments

Outcome: Expanded skills, stronger confidence, and a more versatile portfolio.

Day 3 — Advanced Techniques (£700, experienced casters only)

Focus: For technically demanding, premium commissions.

You’ll Learn:

• Linked family hands — multi-hand compositions

• Two-step castings — e.g., adult hand holding a baby foot

• Family trees — layered, meaningful compositions

• Sporting moments — capturing movement and dynamic poses

• Advanced materials — alginates, plasters

• Structural planning & safety — designing stable, successful compositions

Airbrush Masterclass (Half Day — £350)
